MLX Impact 2026

MLX Impact 2026 brings together MaxLiving doctors, chiropractic teams, and students for three days of world-class education, hands-on breakouts, and meaningful community.

Secure Your Spot

You'll leave a better clinician. You'll leave a more connected human.

MLX Impact is where:

  • 1

    Elite speakers reshape chiropractic care

The profession’s most credible voices on clinical excellence, practice philosophy, and what the next decade of principled chiropractic looks like.

  • 2

Breakouts change your approach to retention

Hands-on sessions built around the 2026 theme: retention. Systems, communication frameworks, and team alignment strategies you can put in place the week you return.

  • 3

    Conversations turn into real relationships

The community at MLX Impact is unlike any other gathering in the profession. Practitioners who share your values and your ambition. The connections made here outlast the event by years.

"MLX is unmatched in the chiropractic profession. It perfectly combines mission, principle, and proven processes that you can immediately apply in your practice. Every time I attend, I leave inspired, equipped, and grateful to be part of such an incredible community."
- Dr. Sarah Losby Columbia, SC
