Our team of professionals
Dr. Marc grew up in Melbourne, Florida and graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2016 alongside his wife Lauren, who has been his best friend for over 15 years. In 2018, they moved to Colorado Springs to open NGFC, building it together from the ground up. Around the office, Dr. Marc can be found adjusting people of all ages, getting to know patients’ stories, and teaching on the importance of nervous system health and the 5 Essentials (in addition to being the maintenance man, the IT department, and the resident killer of large bugs).
Dr. Marc loves the outdoors, having traded playing in the water in Florida for playing in the woods and mountains of Colorado. He enjoys hiking and camping with Lauren and their two mountain dogs, Huckleberry and Wattson, and loves hanging out with God in His creation. He dreams of traveling to Scotland someday to visit the square foot of land he owns there and lay claim to his true title of Lord of Scotland (you should ask him about it at your next adjustment!). He also enjoys reading, building things, quoting the Office, and taking his daily nap. He seeks to do God’s will in all things—whether that’s lifting patients up in prayer, or saving the local crawfish from being stepped on at the pond across the street.
Monica has worn a variety of hats since joining the NGFC team in June of 2022, but she now helps guide the mission and operations of the office as clinic director (though she prefers the title “supreme leader of all things”). Originally from San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico, she came to the U.S. when she was five. She met her Air Force husband in Tucson, Arizona, and after living for several years in Okinawa, Japan, they moved to Colorado Springs in 2019.
The first in her family to pursue higher education, Monica graduated from the University of Arizona with a degreein Spanish Literature and a minor in Religious Studies. Nowadays, she enjoys getting creative and trying new things in the kitchen, singing karaoke, and enjoying the outdoors (she secretly wishes her alter ego was a wilderness survivalist). She and her husband recently adopted Percival, who is supposedly a pomeranian, but looks something akin to a fox and a cloud of fluff. Monica is known around the office for her big heart and her love language (food), and you would absolutely make her day by letting her pet your dog or hold your baby.
Katie is a Colorado Springs native and has been with NGFC since April of 2023, where she can be found at the front desk handling all things patient care. She graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins with a degree in Interdisciplinary Liberal Arts and a minor in English (which basically just means she was interested in lots of different fields and couldn’t pick just one!).
Katie loves all things creative and enjoys writing, art, escaping into another world via a good story, and cheering on the Denver Broncos (even when they’re terrible). She is passionate about mental health and is always ready for a good conversation on the topic. Around the office, you’ll often find her corresponding with patients, decorating the chalkboards, and adding commas to Dr. Marc’s weekly newsletter.
Sidney is originally from Eaton, Colorado and moved to Colorado Springs in September of 2024; she joined the front desk team at NGFC a month later! She graduated from Cornell College with a BA in Anthropology and a minor in Biology. The youngest of four half-siblings, Sidney loves hanging out with her nieces and nephews and her family’s husky, cat, and chickens when she visits home.
Sidney enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, reading, hiking, and getting creative with painting her nails. She also loves to run–despite coming in last place in the 5th grade mile, she went on to run track in college and became a two-time 400 meter champion! At the office, Sidney can be found showing new patients around, taking x-rays, and keeping our many supplements organized.
Taylor joined the NGFC family in February of 2023, and currently heads up all things 5 Essentials. When she’s not at the front desk, she can typically be found taking x-rays, answering questions about supplements, and sitting down with patients to help them take the next step towards their health goals. Taylor was born in Phoenix, Arizona but has lived in Colorado Springs for most of her life. She played volleyball at Shorter University in Georgia, and still enjoys playing with friends from time to time.
Taylor loves hiking and all things outdoors, as well as reading, cooking, and baking. She dreams of traveling the world and experiencing different cultures (especially the food!). She plans to go back to school soon to finish her Kinesiology degree, with the ultimate goal of becoming a naturopathic doctor and having her own practice. She is a prayer warrior for her patients and loved ones, and is always ready to celebrate the miracles we see in the office!
Traditional healthcare often overlooks underlying issues, leading to long-term problems. MaxLiving stands out by addressing the root causes, not just symptoms through our whole-body approach known as the 5 Essentials™.
What sets MaxLiving’s care apart is the advanced training and education our doctors and teams undergo. Unlike other healthcare practices, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits all approach, which is why each patient is provided with a personalized care plan, crafted to meet your unique needs. With our extensive health and education resources, you’ll not only receive the care you need, but also gain the knowledge to make informed decisions for you & your family.
