Sydney was born and raised in Mississippi, where she graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Chemistry. After graduating, she needed a BREAK, so she flew out of the country to Panama to work with a church in El Valle de Anton. After interviewing with Med School then the FBI, she found a passion for emergency care as an EMT for Lexington County, SC. Sydney then learned about MaxLiving when Dr. Matt Hux from West Columbia came to speak at Lexington County EMS. She became a patient of MaxLiving at that time and learned more about core chiropractic care. After attending the free dinners and classes at MaxLiving, Sydney became even more interested in finding the deeper metabolic reasons why symptoms occur and why these symptoms, when left unmanaged or improperly managed, become emergencies. She now is excited to work with a holistic approach to healing from the preventative side of medicine. She believes if we can take more responsibility on the front end, we can prevent procrastination-induced emergencies

Traditional healthcare often overlooks underlying issues, leading to long-term problems. MaxLiving stands out by addressing the root causes, not just symptoms through our whole-body approach known as the 5 Essentials™.
What sets MaxLiving’s care apart is the advanced training and education our doctors and teams undergo. Unlike other healthcare practices, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits all approach, which is why each patient is provided with a personalized care plan, crafted to meet your unique needs. With our extensive health and education resources, you’ll not only receive the care you need, but also gain the knowledge to make informed decisions for you & your family.
